Bottle - Pale malts and some fresh citrus. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet orange, light spruce and a clean finish. Spruce is a bit too subtle, but beer is OK.

Bottle - Caramel and some herbal notes. Could be a touch of pine, but mostly yeast belgian esters. Clear copper cold with a small white head. Light woody notes, earthy yeast and sweet caramel. Although not a fan of Spruce in my beer, this has little but still isn’t great.

Can - Subtle raspberry jam notes. Cloudy orange pink with a small white head. Raspberry jam and perfumy notes and not too sweet. A little dull but OK. Not sure about tart though.

Can - Soft grains and biscuit. Clear gold with a frothy white head. Light soft bready and grain notes with a dry finish.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very laid back, with dry biscuity malt, not really getting the mosaic. Flavour is dry, bringing out lots of crisp biscuity malt and just a hint of hops. Very dry and crisp. Refreshing but boring.

Draught at Urban Winery / Postmark, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. Dry and thin body, but it has a mild crisp character, white bread crust; the bitterness is rather low.
Clean, uneventful but ok for what is is.

Pale yellow, clean. The aroma is vaguely fruity, and spicy, the yeast character here is very mild. Soft mouthfeel, off-dry, with mild yeast spicy character, coriander, some wheat bread; the bitterness is on the low side, but in balance with the malt.
Simple but clean.

Cloudy dark blond color. Aroma of Belgian yeast, spicy, and some paper. Dry, highly carbonated; the yeast character is quite strong, together with the spices it also brings some paper and some unpleasant astringency; there seem to be some mildly fruity hops; some chicory in the finish.
Rather dirty.
Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Draught at Urban Winery / Postmark, Vancouver, as Blonde Mosaic
Clear blond color. Dry mouthfeel, the malt tastes like paper, and there are no aromatics; so rather than a Pale Ale, it tastes like a mass lager. Clean but useless.

Bottle - Nice fruity notes with a touch of Belgian yeast. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Much as it smells, with a nice bitterness and along bready finish.
