On tap. Pours a dark brown with light head. Aromas of dry heavily roasted malts. Flavors of black coffee and slightly sour almost burnt malts. Somewhat light but on style.

On tap at Postmark, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out rustic notes, along with light Belgian yeast. Flavour is clean and refreshing, with rustic notes, Belgian yeast, and light fruity esters. Pretty ordinary saison, but everything is balanced well enough. Decent beer.

On tap at Postmark, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out banana and clove - pretty standard smelling hef. Flavour brings out fruitiness, along with citrus, and the usual banana and clove. Quite well-balanced, with a nice citrus finish. Nothing special, but it's well-brewed. Seems I had a better batch than fiulijn. Decent stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Murky pink-orange color with compact but not persistent head. It has a light smell of manure; unfortunately this doesn’t come through in the same way as it does in English yeasty beers, or hoppy beers; trace of berry too. Dry mouthfeel; some wheat flavor, but also too much yeast; light lemon zest, that provides the characteristic lemon peel bitterness, and very light raspberries. Some astringency in the final.
Too yeasty, too dirty.
Also, in 2014 I’m not sure we need these beers; this is not classic, nor innovation.

Golden and copper color, hazy, with compact head. Mild aroma, some spices. The flavor is a bit stronger, too much carbonation, simple malt profile, with some caramel; mild spicy touch, light yeast; correct bitterness it has a minimal vegetable impression in the end that spoils the overall impression.
To be refined.

Hazy copper amber color with small head. Some caramel aroma, light sweat. The malt profile is quite good, there is some caramel and light biscuity note; correct bitterness level with moderate hop resins and fruit presence; but in the final there is some chicory-like bitterness that is disturbing.
Good but to be tuned.

Black color with beige frothy hard. Strong aroma of roasted malt, ashes, burnt paper, burnt bread, cow barn. Dry mouthfeel; the roasted and ashy character is too much for my liking, but it has a nice component of fire oven baked bread; the ashes thou are too much in the final; quite strong bitterness too, with some resins from the hops. Mild sourness from the dark malts.
On target.

Nice golden color with small head. It has potential to be a nice Pilsner, with delicate, nice malt profile and light grassy touch from the hops, not dry, with a good mouthfeel; but today it has some diacetyl that should be removed.
