Hazy amber color, compact head. The hop aroma is a bit resiny, not fruity. The mouthfeel is lean, rather dry, the malt flavor is earthy, a bit dusty and caramelly, old style; strong bitterness, there are muddled hop resins, but the character is too herbaceous, almost vegetable, these are not bright hops. There is a spicy touch, probably from the yeast, as well as mild fruity esters.
Strong Bitter, or old style IPA; not a bad beer, not an exciting beer.

On tap at Postmark, pours an absolutely filthy murky rusted reddish brown of some sort with a small white head. Nose is restrained, with subtle cherry sourness - not much else. Flavour isn't as dirty as it looks, with light cherry sourness upfront, followed by restrained bittering hops. Pleasant enough, but nothing special.

On tap at Postmark, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Nose certainly brings out the spruce tip upfront, with lots of woody tree bark. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of woody spruce and a subtle hint of caramel sweetness. Actually not all that bad. Decently balanced and pleasant to drink. Nothing exciting but well-made.

On tap at Postmark, pours a muffled black with a small beige head. Nose brings out loads of toasted coconut -- not much else. Flavour is massively coconuty, with shitloads of toasted coconut. Pretty nice extreme beer for what it is. Solid stuff and very easy to drink.

On tap at Postmark, pours hazy bronze with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good balance of resinous hops and dry bready caramel malt. Flavour is similar, bringing a good balance of resinous hops and bready malt. Pretty decent but nothing special. Not bad, but nothing special.

On tap at Postmark, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Nose is dull, bringing out biscuity malt and a crisp hoppiness. Dry and drinkable, but not overly interesting. Not too bad, but certainly nothing special.

Hazy golden color, full of light. Nice aroma of roasted veal (I use rosemary for my roasted veal), a bit soapy. Dry, but with a good malt base; the rosemary comes through with some vegetable and woody notes too, and contributes to the bitter feeling.
Not bad, I wouldn’t drink a full glass though.

Black color, small head. The aroma is earthy, some mushroom, some rice wine. Dry mouthfeel, roasted malts, not strong; the shiitake doesn’t blend well, it also creates an impression of chemicals.
Curious experiment, dubious result.

Draft - Just a touch of grains and cinnamon. Clear gold with almost no head. Grainy, bitterness and a touch of hibiscus in the finish if you dig for it. A decent bitter pale, but not much more.

Dark brown color, hazy. Nice aroma, fresh, with plenty of grainy dark malts. Dry mouthfeel; the grainy character of the cereals is a bit too much, blends with the roasty character, a bit ashy; in the final, there are resiny hops.
Rough, maybe clumsy, but not bad.
