Dark color, almost black. Based on the Dry Stout, with massive amounts of caramel that transform this beer into a sweet one, but organically blended, for an appreciated result; the aroma is creamy, fudgy; not much salt detected, but it doesn’t matter.
Very pleasant drink.

Cloudy golden color with compact head, and pinkish hue. A very basic ale, dry, a bit crackery, but fundamentally inoffensive. Regular bitterness. Can’t tell if there is hibiscus.

Cloudy pale blond color, compact head. It has a lot of lychee aroma, tropical, a bit creamy. Soft and sweetish mouthfeel; the lychee comes with its own character but also with a buttery feeling.
Interesting mix.

Cloudy golden color, small head. Evident anise aroma, a bit like Sambuca, but more floral. The malt flavor is simple, the flavor has less anise than the aroma, possibly because covered by the high bitterness level, too much.
A different infusion, not a particularly winning one though.

Cloudy blond color with a light orange presence. Light manure aroma, very light fruit. Smooth, with some residual sweetness; not exactly sour, maybe there is a light acid touch, some herbal bitterness, and a trace of honey.
Refreshing, not bad at all.

Hazy blond color, with compact head. The aroma is a bit earthy. Not too dry, with a good structure, with a bit of crackery malt, correct bitterness, and the hops have a grass trace.
Not bad.

On tap at Postmark, pours a cloudy murky orange with a small white off-white head. Nose brings out lots of anise, but no residual hoppiness detectable. Flavour reveals lots of floral hops mixed with anise is a surprisingly cohesive way. Very pleasant and not too spicy. Nice gimmick beer.

On tap at Postmark, pours a cloudy dull golden brown with a small white head. Nose is light, with light hibiscus flowers - pretty dry. Flavour is dry and lightly tart, with hibiscus upfront without overwhelming the senses. Clean and pleasant, but unexciting.

On tap at Postmark, pours an opaque maroon with a small beige head. Nose is very earthy and dry, not really smelling like a CDA. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of earthy hops, dirt, and sort of an herbal quality. Not a black IPA or CDA by any means, but not too terrible. Strange, but way off the mark.

Amber, thin, hoppy but also a bit of butter. Ok but needs to be cleaner and toasty character.
