Hazy blond color. If I didn’t know, I would have thought that this is a great Hallertau Pilsner, with a slight tropical hint; so surprised that I decided to try also the regular Pilsner to check if it has been improved, and no, that is still lame. So, for a surprising effect, this mix produced an excellent beer.

On tap at Postmark, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma smells like freshly squeezed OJ. Flavour is weird, with pithy oranges, citrus and vegetal notes. This has been totally overtaken by the oranges. Pleasant to drink, but drinks almost like a radler now.

On tap at Postmark, pours black with an amber tinge and a small beige head. Nose and flavour bring out toasted malt and some mild fruity liqueur, though it's more subtle on the flavour than the nose. Not very interesting as usual. Basically just their stout with a touch of alcoholized fruitiness.

Bottle - Lots of fruity notes, grass and citrus. Cloudy orange with a decent white head. Very fruity and yeasty, light citrus and a nice light bitterness.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a large white head. Aroma of pleasant rustic farmhouse notes -- very nice on the nose. Flavour is similar, bringing out lots of rustic farmhouse notes, some citrus, and biscuity notes. Very light, but constructed well -- true to style. Postmark's best thus far, but that's not saying a whole lot.

Cloudy dull hue amber color. The aroma is too mild. Anonymous malt flavor, correct bitterness, too much carbonation, traces of vegetables, a bit too yeasty.
Clumsy but decent.

Black color, small head. Quite dry, a bit chocolatey, roasty malts but not too ashy. It seems that the oats have mellowed out this beer a bit.

Black color, small head. The aroma is mild. The flavor is too roasty, quite dry and ashy, not really any presence of cocoa.

Cloudy light amber color. The cardamom is dominant, more in the flavor, while the aroma is light and a bit soapy/perfumy; the mouthfeel is dry; it has a bit too much bitterness in the final, some of it from the orange.
Not bad, but it’s almost no more a beer.

Cloudy deep blond color. The aroma is mild, not enough developed. The malt profile is crispy, pleasant; high bitterness level, more hop resins than hop fruits, but there is some hop quality; a bit of chicory and vegetables too in the far end.
It’s a bit unpolished, but it has potential to be a good hoppy Pale Ale.
