aroma a bit upsetting. baby-shit aroma, combined with sweet dark fruits. mashed bananas. dark brown small to medium vanilla colored head. flavor: burnt sugar, delicate dark fruits, bitter someting, honey, nice sweet/bitter thing going on. quite powerful taste, definetly not macro style. palate : very thick, almost rubbery, good palate for a powerful beer.

bottle, allerød vinhandel. slightly cloudy yellow, white head. fruity and beery aroma, quite faint. a little more taste than the ordinary macro, but also somewhat watery. the honey can be tasted, and tastes good. palate is a little too sticky/slimey for my tasets. like water and honey mixed. Overall a drinkable okay session / macro beer style, with the honey twist - however, not much going on. not really craft beer quality.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head. Mild phenolic and fruity aroma with a light berry note. Dry and mild herbal towards light fruity with a light yet smooth bitterness coming through. Smooth and slight creamy mouthfeel. Light bitterness and mild acidic touch into the finish.

bottle. nice citrussy aroma, supported by pilsener aroma. cloudy yellow, large white head, flavor is erhm.. cereral like a non-alc beer. add in some acid sourness, like lemon juiice, and a hoppy finish. tastes like someone pissed in a pilsener. anyways - not the most infected brew from fanø. it is drinkable, just not at all enjoyable. my score is way too high compared to how undrinkable it is.

best bf 26-dec-2008 I recommend ppl to drink this fresh. it seems to get rotten as it ages. nice aroma. like a good beer, and quite strong too. unclear yellow/orange, but the head is giant. flavor : one gulp. initial taste is bitter grapefruit, aftertaste is soap. damn. new pinball record in revolting flavor. i don’t feel like taking another gulp to get the palate, it seemed to be okay. overall. i don’t know what the fck happened at fanø, this is two out of three that are so revolting i can’t really put words to it. i tried a small sip again. sour notes combined with burnt trash container (with contents). truly revolting

fanø forårs bryg aroma : very sour, below the sourness i sense rotten notes. probably worst ever aroma i smelled muddy yellow/brown color with nice head. flavor : VERY very sour, like acid. i did not dare to taste much, it was really sour. 2/10 palate was tested with spitting out afterwards. palate is okay. 3/5 overall the worst brew i ever tasted, it must be infected by a dead horse or something. and it was way fresher than best before. the rest was of course drained. 1/20

Draught at ÅBF08. Cloudy dark orange colour. Sweet flavour, could have been fermented more, I guess. Malty and sugary. Low bitterness.
