Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

On tap at Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival. Hazy orange golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with peach, red apples and orange peel, and a nice touch of bready malt. Sweetish fruity flavour with a herbal touch and a nice bitter finish.

Bottle, as “THE KERNEL LONDON BRICK RED RYE ALE 6.6% ABV” on the front. Bottled on 31.01.19. “CENTENNIAL CHINOOK SIMCOE” on the back. Pours murky see through brown with offwhite head. Sweet bready malts, brown peanut skins, distant red fruits, spelt, rye, grassy, earthy, potato peel and leathery notes with raw crunchy yeastiness, sweet caramel and bitter tea leaves through all of that. Moderate sweet and quite bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not the kind of beer I hope from a Kernel bottle but very English indeed. Cheers.

Cask-conditioned at the Willow Walk (JDW), Victoria 24/3/2019. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Grassy hops, rich tea malts, sweet tropical fruit, leading to a dryish finish. Good.
