Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, bubbly white head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Candied citric peel that manages to be both sweet and bitterish at the same time. A tangy caramel and ripe fruit backdrop. Smooth finish. Nice. Rich and easy drinking.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours clear red-brown with a foamy topping. Nice, certainly some orange zest, soft ginger zing, minimal roast. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more orange peel, brown bread, toast. Not bad. Novel.

Cask at The Queen's Larder. Medium amber, clear with a thick, creamy head. Aroma doesnt provide much i sight, but taste comes in with some very mild malts. So I was on the fence, but it has a nice creamy feel, which kind of salvaged this for me.
