Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at Bir&Fud (Rome). Clear and bright orange color, creamy and regular ivory foam. Fantastic appearance. Nose: malty, canditi, pastry cream a bit. Mouth is pungently bitter, almost chicory, a bit over the top imo. Sessional, easy, just solid

Keg at the Partizan taproom. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds dry wheat, chamomile, zesty citrus. Light sweet flavour with wheat bread, low bitterness, some hay, more tea. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, more wheat bread, hay, chamomile. Fun as a novelty.

Classic English leaf hop profile with a gritty bite. Lemon drops and peaches. Soft malts. English tea. Does what it says on the sign.
