Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask @ Gallows bird, Espoo. Clear amber, thin white head. Tropical fruity aroma, grapefruit, cat pee. Flavor has grapefruit really strong, floral notes, very bitter. Hoppy, tasty IPA. Simple.

Cask @ Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2014
Pours dark brown with a bubbly head. Aroma of roasted malts, nutty notes, hints of spices and caramel. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty and nutty with notes of cocoa and dark chocolate. Finish is smooth, nutty and slightly watery with some nutty notes. A bit untypical porter.

Pours orange with a bubbly head. Aroma of caramely malts, fruity hoppy notes and hints of citrus and grass. Taste is smooth, malty and crisp with caramely toffee notes, fruits, citrus, grass and exotic notes. Finish is sweetish, bitter, malty and caramely. Hoppiness kicks in very late, but leaves a nice fruity hoppy taste to mouth. A bit unbalanced, could be slightly more fresh.

Golden amber, pears and oranges, juicy and bright, mod bitterness, didn’t get a distinct impression from the hop. Good stuff, though.

Cask @ Gallows Bird ⅩⅦ Real Ale Festival
Aroma is woody with hay and grainy bread. Also some caramel and toffee. Flavour has some resin, some woody tones, toffee and caramel. Also some minerals. Also some vegetables do occur after some sips. Unexpected, bready and a bit disappointing.
