Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London. Clear gold with a filmy, white head. Cat pee and a bit of zesty citrus on the nose. Exquisite flavor, further urine notes, touches of caramel, medium sweet. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sticky bitter finish, lingering pee, grass, mild pine, light toast. Excellent.

Cask, handpump at The White Horse, Parsons Green, London, 05.08.11 Pours wonderful copper colour with a filmy white rim of bubbles for a head. Soft in mouth, hops are not too pushy, tiny bit soapy, tiny bit warm, but otherwise a very pleasant beer. A6 A5 T7 P3 Ov13 3.4

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Clear amber beer. Residual suddy white head. Light dry palate. Nice fresh hops. Piney fruit, grassy. Light semi dry finish. Really nicely hopped and tasty for it’s abv. That’s the good stuff done with. Now if I could rate on beer names this would get a zero. I nearly choked when someone explained this was a Tottenham beer. So distraught I was that the bar tender refunded me!

Cask at the Defectors Weld. It pours clear chesnut brown, with a very thin bubbly off-white head and low carbonation. The nose is wood, caramel sweetness, dust and nut. The taste is caramel, chocolate, toffee, roasted malt, coffee, toast and oak, with a bitter-dry finish. Finish duration is very, very long. A pleasant brew indeed.

Cask at the Rake. It pours slight hazy amber, with a thin foamy off-white head and low carbonation. The nose is fresh pine, orange, metal, dust, farmyard and a little sweet caramel. The taste is metal, lemon, grapefruit, lime, pine and grass, with a dry finish. Not bad, but not exciting either.
