Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at CBC, London. Pours hazy amber with a mild, foamy head. Woody nose, some nuts and must, hints of fruits. Sweet flavor, bit of brown sugar, malts, some yeast and candi, light leaves and ripe fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, nice toast character, subtle leafy bitterness, light brown sugar. Really solid. Like an Imperial ESB or something.

GBBF. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer with tidy pale tan head. Light dry palate. Nice rich chocolate malt, fresh dark malt. Whispers of smoke and roast. Mild minerals and orangey hop come in to play before the dry finish. A deft porter.

Cask at the CP&K. It pours deep golden yellow-amber, with a foamy white head. The nose is caramel, toffee and floral. The taste is caramel, toffee, honeycomb, biscuit, hay, straw, floral and light citrus, with a pleasant bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and slightly syrupy mouth-feel. Decent balance. Nice.

Cask at The Bree Louise, London. Dark gold pour with a thick, foamy eggshell head. Beautiful nose, piney hops and grapefruit come piercing through. Damn, this is really, really good. Flavor holds toasty malts, honey, caramel, huge bitterness of pine, grapefruit, tangerine and earth. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sticky, dank hop finish, lingering pine, earth, and lighter citrus. Some faint sugar maltiness helps balance things out. Wow. Excellent beer.
