Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours a foggy, light brown with a soft, off-white head. Aroma is lots of dry, roasty coffee, subtle baking cocoa. Light to medium sweet flavor, mocha, very dry roastiness, cacao. There’s also a touch of resinous pine. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Sharpish, dryish finish, dry roasted coffee on the sides of the tongue, light sugar, light mocha, very bittersweet. Great beer.

Bottle from the Kernel Brewery. It pours dark brown with a thin beige head and high carbonation. The nose is grass, pine, sweet caramel, light varnish, coffee and chocolate. The taste is charcoal, caramel, grass, pine, resin, liquorice, astringent, cola, very earthy, chocolate and varnish, with a very long dry, bitter finish. An interesting take on a mild.

On tap at the Old Fountain. Opaque dark brown beer, no real head. Light palate, fairly neutral. No carbonation. Tangy dark malt. Trace of dark chocolate. A little fruity sourness. Alright but seems to lack body and condition.
