In the autumn over forty varieties of vintage cider apples such as Dabinett, Kingston Black, Stoke Red, Yarlington Mill and Harry Masters are harvested.
By the spring our pure juice traditional cider is ready to drink. To the best of our knowledge Burrow Hill Cider is the only cider to have won the annual national cider championships in Devon, Somerset and Hereford in the same year. As well as traditional farmhouse cider we make bottle-fermented ciders, a perry and an ice cider.

clear light yellow, no head. nice cider like aroma, some fruit peel bitterness, some notes resembling perhaps rubber. Not so much pear in the aroma. flavor is dry, apple, pear, alc. very light, quite drinkable. i think the alc. is slightly noticeable as a sort of boozy note to the flavor, in fact i think perhaps it would taste better if it did not have this boozy note (like if it was spiced with vodka or something). Quite dry.

Draught @ Monks Café Stockholm. Pours tiny hazy golden with no head worth mentioning. Smell is fruity and tiny funky with ripe apples, dry soil, hay, lemon juice and leather. Taste is sour and tiny fruity with sour apples, hay, dry soil, leather and hints of white pepper corns. Mouthfeel is very dry, tannic astringent and light bodied. Finish I start with sour apples, dry soil, leather and barnyard. Bit too tart and dry...

Plastic canister@Black Door, Helsinki. Slightly hazy deep orange colour with no head. Aroma is dry wood, some sweet somewhat rotten apples along with mild vanilla and some leathery notes. Flavour is sweet apples, on the verge to being too ripe, with some slight vinegar, yeast and mild earthiness. Dry, but still quite on the sweet side.
