Cask at the Ealing beer festival 2019. A clear golden orange coloured pour with loose white head. Aroma is custard, sweaty hop, grassy, some caramel. Flavour is composed of tangy, jammy orange, sweaty hop, lemon, custard,. Assertive grassy hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, sticky, Hop resin, decent cask condition. Meh.

Cask at the Cambridge Blue, Cambridge on 26th June 2019 amber with shallow foam and scant lacing. Rich and intense citrus hoppiness in aroma and liquid pass with a nutty savoury note. Exquisite hoppy finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Superb!

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Animal Buffalo ].Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, nutty, dusty, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, nutty, dark malt - caramel, sweet malt, toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170810] 6-3-6-3-12

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Low key herbal aroma. Brown amber. Thin bubbly white head. Light bitter. Herbal again. Hoppy but underlying sour edged sweetness - sour milk as opposed to sour good. Light bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Abrupt finish. Average at best amber.

Cask handpull at The Lyric Piccadilly. Clear gold colour lasting white head. it's an ok hoppy citrus blond ale. some bitterness. I thought ok actually. very drinkable cask citrus blond

1/2/2019. Cask at the XT Brewing tap takeover at the New Inn, Colchester. Pours very dark brown with a ruby tint and a very small off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, mild roasted malt, light coffee, lactose and dried fruit. Medium plus sweetness with moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight slick texture, very soft carbonation. Best one here so far.

Medium plus sweetness with light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Fruity, sweet finish. Not my favourite by XT.

Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight sticky texture, very soft carbonation. Sweet fruity finish. Decent brew.
