Can. Clear pale yellow with largish foamy off-white head, clean malt aroma, high carbonation, malty taste with a hint of yeast sourness, thin body, abrupt finish. A good Pilsner.

Nice IPA at Troy brewfest. Hoppy and floral nose. Tastes grassy, of pineapple, plenty of pine sap, some florals, and mango. lighter bodied and refreshing.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous hops, light citrus pulp, light and smooth. On tap at Plattsburgh Brewfest 2016.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light grassy notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, light herbaceous character, nice. On tap at Plattsburgh Brewfest 2016.
