Aroma of malt, caramel, red fruits, herbal notes, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a medium bitter finish. Nice balance between malts, fruits and hops.

Aroma of wheat, citrus, yeast, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light bitter finish. Aroma is a bit unremarkable, also some artificial notes. Otherwise decent drinkable Witbier.

Aroma of grain, citrus, some apricot, soft floral notes, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. A bit soft and restrained, but pleasant and fruity.

Aroma of roasted malt, some chocolate, sourish coffee. Flavour is light sweet and lightly sour with a moderate to medium coffee bitter finish. A bit thinnish, both aroma and body. Still, quite drinkable.

Suruga Bay Imperial IPA from Baird Brewing Co.

Aroma of malt, some caramel, orange, Saison-ish yeast, apricots, hint of pine, tropical fruity notes, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and faintly tart with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Has a Belgian thing going on. Not the most extreme DIPA, but it does have a depth to it.

Aroma of citrus, green tea, vegetable notes, hops, spicy notes. Flavour is lightly sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Enjoyable, the subtle tea and wasabi notes are to my liking.
