On tap at the brewery, pours a clear dark orange, ring of white head. Malty grainy doughy nose. Flavor same but super fresh. Medium bodied and just off dry. Nice. 7 3 7 4 13

Sample @ GABF 2019. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody caramel and dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty woody dark fruit and rum flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy woody dark fruit finish.

Black pour. Wonderful chocolate mint flavor. Lively nose of chocolate and mint. Like an Andes candy. No carbonation. Very delicious and intriguing

Fairly strong whiskey and mint nose, cocoa underneath. Black, thin tan head. Whiskey, mint. Full body, moderate carbonation, quite warm. I'm really not crazy about mint in beer.

Remarkably balanced, with the chocolate and mint prominent without being overpowering. Anise, dark berry notes, and molasses lead to a minty finish, while the bourbon and oak come through in the fade. Very nice.

Mint, bourbon, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with large light brown head. Moderately sweet mint, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Good body. Tasty - alcohol well hidden.
