Description
The history of BrewBaker began back in 2005 - with a small, fine restaurant with its own brewery at Bellevue S-Bahn station. After a few intermediate stops, we set up shop with BGM Berliner Getränkeemanufaktur GmbH in Sickingenstrasse in Moabit from 2013 to May 2019. BGM and Brewbaker have been going separate ways since June 2019. With immediate effect, living beers UG will take over the marketing of Brewbaker. A new production facility is being planned.

Draught at Armsby, 6/28/15
Ultra pale, minimally hazy blonde beer has a small amount of white head on it that recedes fairly rapidly to a ring.
Very light lactic tartness, mixed with light cheese rind, lemon, lots of funky hay and barnyard. It’s all very dulled by the heavy wheat pervasiveness, which is fine and expected.
The flavor is very, very odd. Lactic tartness perks up, initially, only to be fully passing and transitions in to an odd mix of balsam wood, sawdust, light plastic and other odd chemical-like notes. Intriguing in that you wonder what the hell you’re drinking that’s creating such strange flavors. Unfortunately, not strange in a good way, and the body, while light and watery as it must be for a 2.5% berliner, is not all that carbonated and just absolutely not crisp or bright.

33 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg.
Aroma has ripe-ish apples, some sour cream and fruit candy. Flavour has quite aggressive tartness, sour cream and green apples. Also mild fruit candy tones. Aroma was rather mellow for a berliner, but the taste is rather aggressive and nice.

Dorada, turbia, con abundante espuma poco densa. Aroma a sidra, fermento.
