Bottle from Against The Grain. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of caramel, brown bread and nuts. Flavour of wood, toffee, brown sugar and peppery earth. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Prickly fizz. A classy beer. Very enjoyable.

Medium brown with a light tan head. Dark malts, chewy caramel, chocolate, nougat, light earthy, nutty. Medium bodied. Nutty, malty finish. This is fantastic. Eminently drinkable while being full of flavor.

Cloudy golden yellow with a firm, pillowy white head. Herbal, minerals, light noble hops, pale toasted malts, a hint of earth. Medium bodied. Finish has some soft sweet fruits and a bit of herbal. Refreshing. Delicious.

Brilliantly clear golden with a tall white head. Toasted cereal malts, bright citrus, snappy noble hop bite. Medium bodied. Finish has a bit of grain and a bright zest to finish it out. Great beer.
