Hazy pale amber colour, moderate frothy off-white head, diminishes gradually, ample adhesive lacing. Aroma malts, fruity, tangerine, dusty, some pine. Taste light medium bitter, light sweet, fruity, bit spicy, old hops. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, finish dry bitter, spicy notes, decent session IPA, pity it is fading away...

On tap at VCBW Festival, pours a deep dark amber with a small white head. Nose and flavour of toasted malt, some toasted caramel, and a decent hop component. Well-balanced between the malts and hops. Solid amber.

On tap at VCBW Festival, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings light hibiscus notes and some skunky grassy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of hibiscus notes and light wheat. Soft palate, with a pillowy feel. Decent wit.

On tap at VCBW Festival, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is clean, with biscuity and light floral hops. Flavour is clean, with floral hops and just enough biscuity malt to back. Nothing special but very clean and well-balanced. Decent enough.

Divine Bovine is their 6% Chai Tea Milk Stout. Served in a snifter, it poured a dark brown/black with a minimal tan head. The nose gives me tea, mint, chocolate and a peppery spiciness - intriguing. Medium bodied with a dry finish. The flavor profile is quite nice: roasty chocolate, lactose sweetness, chai spices in the initial and aftertaste. You definitely get the ginger, some pepper and possibly hints of coriander but to me chai tea is all about the cardamom and here it is conspicuously absent. Still a damn nice beer but I want more cardamom...

Tap at Craft Beer Live 2015. Fruity nose, caramel, smoke, chocolate. Silky body. Flavors of wood, coffee, some chocolate but not enough to call it double. Nice.

Red Brick Thick & Silky Double Chocolate Oatmeal Stout 7.7% A reddish brown pour with a beige head. It has a savoury chocolate nose with a touch of roastiness. Med-light bodied with a semi-slick mouthfeel. The taste is roasty chocolate, well balanced and nice but the body is on the thin side.

12 oz. can. Pours hazy orange, with a medium, off-white head. Nose is oranges, cloves, honeysuckle, and some doughy, biscuity notes. Sweet and floral, with a touch of hops. Light to medium body, a little sticky, and fairly clean. This is a nicely focused, floral, fruity, and pretty tasty beer.
