Pours clear deep gold with thin off white head. The aroma is sort of malty, bready with maybe a touch or two of citrus hops and some tartness. The taste begins with sweet malts and a mild to modest floral to citrus hop bite. Midway a modest hop bite continues as some biscuit and bread come to the surface. It ends with a little bit of roast drying it out and small amounts of lingering hop bitterness.

Bottle, 12oz. It’s a dark, reddish brown beer with a big, diminishing, beige head. There’s alcohol, roasted malts, some malty sourness, and dried fruits in the aroma. Roasted flavor with some chocolate, slightly sourish, and with an alcohol warmth. Medium to full body, warming and dry mouthfeel. The finish has a roasted bitterness and a lasting alcohol warmth. A lovely beer enjoyed with strawberries, but a bit more warm than wished for. 090619

Tap, MM, Tampa. Pours golden, white head. Hoppy aroma, notes of citrus. Taste was light and enjoyable, some bitter hops, citrus presence with light malts. Not too complex, easy and straight forward. Not horrible but for a house brew, 5$ a pint was a little steep.

Labeled: Red Brick Double Chocolate Oatmeal Porter

Aroma: Strong chocolate nose, coffee, oatmeal, roasted malts
Appearance: Dark brown beer, with about an inch of brown head
Flavor: A really tasty porter, sweet chocolate flavor dominates a well mixed malted body
Palate: Relatively full body, nice mouthfeel, a really solid palate
Overall Impression: I liked this one a lot, a truly quality Porter.

**Just submitted a Photo for this one as well, as it was missing one.

Aroma: Earthy, light fruit sweetness, some bread
Appearance: Golden color and thick white head, lots of lacing
Flavor: Earth, citrus smooth maltiness
Palate: Pretty light, simple, but nice enough
Overall Impression: Found it to be pretty interesting. If you are looking for a big beer, you have come to the wrong place, but if you are looking for a nice beer for its style, well I thought this one was pretty decent.

Aroma: Interesting aroma, sweet, some dark fruits, banana, nutty, you could really smell the alcohol when I first pored it, but the it mixed more with time.
Appearance: Clearish brown color, almost no head
Flavor: Mostly sweet malts, similar to the nose, better after it's been in the glass for a few minutes then right out of the fridge
Palate: Thinish body with a decent mouthfeel
Overall Impression: I thought this one really improved as I drank it, and I've got a few more left from the pack, so I might have to re-evaluate later, but for now let's say it was decent, but not spectacular

Very dark brown. Burnt popcorn in the aroma. Mild coffee and some chocolate. Not great, but an OK effort.
