Lots of hops to start off though it is a bit dry and tea-like and is offset but a grassy character

12 oz. bottle, thanks to Ian! Dark, opaque, brown color, with no head; just a few bubbles. The aroma is mild roast coffee, chocolate syrup, cinnamon and ginger, and a touch of pine-ish hops. Sweet and lightly roasty, with a mild bitterness that gives it pretty good balance. Medium to heavy body, malty, a bit dry, and clean. This is a pretty simple stout, and the spices don’t overwhelm. Drinks quite easily.

12 fl. oz. can purchased at Craft Beer Kontor, Hannover, 3,99 Euro. Black in the glass, nearly two finger foamy beige head. A lot of spices on the nose, no real smell of stout. Taste has some spice and pepper, but also low stout elements. More pepper in the second row. Sweetness way behind in the background. Later really some hints of milk chocolate. Peppermint in the aftertaste. Ambivalent. But no matter, it´s my first Georgia tick.

Bottle. Dark amber, offwhite lace. Dry roast, light cheesy, meaty, oxidized, a hint oak. Full bodied, roast, honey cakes, dry, salty, ok salted caramel finish. Weird

Copper clear with little white head. Aroma is heavy malty stuff, my tasting group says dirty diaper and sadly they are right. Orange maybe. Taste is alcoholic bittersweetness. Spicy and alcoholic finish. Meh.

Bottle. Amber color with tan head. Aroma is dirty diapers, some cheese. After a while, it’s a bit better and meaty. Taste is the same, sweet, a bit tart. Weird and not good.
