Pour is a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is honey, sweet caramel malt and alcohol. Flavor is pretty good! Lots of dark fruit with some candi sugar, yeast ester and some alcohol shows up. Think sugar covered plums. Pretty good but very sweet canned quad.

Can. Clear golden body. Frothy white head, rapidly diminishing. Light aroma of grain, floral hops, plastic. Lightly to moderately bitter finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Flavors of grain, herbs, apple to start, but the finish leaves an unappetizing aftertaste of dish soap and acetone. Drain pour.

Can - dark ruby pour - bourbon is well-integrated and not overwhelmingly boozy - a lot of caramelized sugars and dark fruits - a little bit of spiciness and moderate oak - sweet, but not overly so - the yeast character is a bit subdued compared to the base beer - which I assume is their regular quad - which is my main grievance - it’s solid.

750 ml bottle, vintage 03/01/18. Deep brown color with red highlights. Aroma shows mostly Cabernet grape. Maybe a honey hint. Flavor shows mostly the grape. Light hints of the Quad underneath. Dusty yeast. ABV is hidden. Easy enough to drink.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Davidson, CO. Thanks G-unit! Pours a clear dark ruby color with a thick beige head and great retention. Very good lacing. Roasted aroma. Dark roasted/charred malts and dark bitter chocolate flavors with some background coffee notes. Thick enough mouthfeel, somewhat creamy. Medium plus body.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, dense, tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate, lovely coconut, vanilla, and toffee. Sweet and sugary, smooth, creamy, and spicy. Decadent and delicious.
