OCT-2018. Draft at Lumencraft Pub. Pretty rich (and sweet/ripe) fruity aroma - bananas and peaches - also nice sweet white bread and cereals, spicy peppery phenols, and some citrus zest too - nice and bold. Similar taste - rich and chewy, with a good malt backbone, juicy citrus and soft zesty hop in the finish. Great. 3,7/5.

Draft at Lumencraft Pub/Airport. Opaque dark brown, creamy tan head. Smooth dark chocolate, roast grains, and tart fruity notes. The taste is a thin copy of the aroma - dry, slightly tart - fruit skins, slightly roasty, more watered down than light, very light bitterness.

Draft at Lumencraft Pub/Airport. Hazy golden, white head. Humble malty aroma, very light caramel and boiled fruit, light sweet cheese. The taste follows - anemic malts, moderate grassy bitterness, a bit thinnish body, light light cheesy after taste. Not bad, but it's neither malty nor too hoppy, and a little cheesy too.

Draft at Lumencraft Pub. Clear deep golden, sticky off-white head. Subtle aroma of grass and a hint of citrus, more bready malts. Similar taste, bready and doughy, minimal grassy bitterness. A bit too yeasty, other than that nice and clean lightly hopped ale, though somewhat unpretentious.

Thanks mcberko for sharing! Misty reddish amber, slightly weak foam. Aroma: apple cider, a bit of mushrooms, malt, a little barrel, sweetish, wine, a little dried fruit. Taste: apples, a little wine, malt, sweet, candy, oak, strange.

750mL bottle, pours a dark rusted reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, earthy notes, and light barrel character. Flavour is along the same lines, with Belgian yeast, estery notes, sherry barrels, and alcohol. A bit estery, harsh, and sweet, but I like the use of barrels. Carbonation is extremely soft and could use some more potentcy. Not the best example of this style by far, but I appreciate the attempt and it's not too bad really.

On tap at Lumencraft Chisinau Airport, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is subdued, with Belgian yeast and light candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with candied sugar and some nice esters. Nice usage of Belgian yeast. Solid beer.

On tap at Lumencraft Chisinau Airport, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out bitter coffee and toasted malt. Flavour brings out a nice toasted espresso bean character. Fairly thin on the palate, but the coffee bean flavour is quite nice. Solid.

On tap at Lumencraft Chisinau Airport, pours a hazy dark copper amber with a very small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry hop powder, with light toasted caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry hop powder, light caramel and bready malt. Very bitter, due to the lupulin powder. I appreciate the attempt, but this is hard to drink.

Flavour follows through, with English bready caramel malt and floral, citrus hops. Balanced, clean and quite complex. This is very nice.
