27-JUN-2018. Batch 3. Cloudy bright orange, white head. The nose has fresh tropical fruit and citrus hops, but there's a bit too much doughy yeast and eggs over it. The taste has strong hoppy resins, low on malts and not that much fruit, leave alone mango. And that yeast... 6-4-7-4-14=3.5

25-MAY-2017. TAP at Smokehouse. New batch! Much hoppier. Murky bright orange, white head. Fresh mango aroma, also some pine, not strong but nice and clean. The taste is dry fruity, some mango, but no real malt sweetness, strong fresh pungent yet soft resiny and zesty bitterness. Some yeasty/pickle dirt in the after taste. Overall, a very good fruity but unsweet IPA. 7-4-7-4-14=3,6




15-NOV-2016.TAP at Smokehouse. Same batch, but different, better carbonated keg. Murky amber, small creamy head. Aroma is mostly mango puree, not sure there’s any hops in there, a tiny bit cheesy. Creamy mouthfeel, with vague fruitiness and very light sweetness, smooth grapefruit pith lingering bitterness. Very nice. 6-3-7-4-14=3,4




12-NOV-2016. PET at home. Very cloudy amber, small head. Smells not as hoppy as it is fruity, in a candy/bubble-gum way, notes of marshmallows and just faint hint of zest. Vague fruity taste, no bright or juicy, notes of stale fruit and bold zesty bitterness. The almost flat carbonation makes it feel thinner than it is. Not bad as it is, but has has a long way to go to become a fruited IPA. 6-3-6-3-13=3,1

TAP at Smokehouse. Hazy red. Bready Vienna malts, slightly toasty, hint of fruit. Taste: Bready malts, moderate sweetness, a bit of that cheesy acidity. Nice overall. 6-4-6-4-12=3,2





22-OCT-2016. TAP at Smokehouse. Hazy amber, small head. Caramel, some fruit and bready nose. Mild undefined maltiness, harsh, tannic and a little cheesy finish. Very unrefined. 5-3-5-3-10=2,6

TAP at Smokehouse. Hazy amber, white head. Smells of sweet citrus and rotten eggs. The taste has light fruity sweetness, light grassy bitterness and pickles in the after taste. A step backwards from their original IPA.

DEC-2018. TAP at Lumencraft Pub, Airport. Rich sweet spruce resins - smells savory. Similar taste - really savory swett and resiny spruce. Smooth body and buttress. Nice. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7.

JUL-2016. TAP at Chișinău Airport. Hazy amber, creamy tan head. Fresh sweet grapefruit in the nose, zest and some resin, and just a touch of cookies. Fresh and clean. The taste start with some vanilla cookies, but gets bitter and dry soon, classic grapefruit zest bitterness, smooth and clean. Not ground-breaking, but no faults either. (IPA might be an overstatement). 7-4-7-4-14=3,6.

TAP at Chișinău Airport. Cloudy orange, big creamy head. Classic banana and clove aroma, clean and strong. The taste is similar, loses a bit of intensity in the finish and gains some dough/yeast, but pretty solid nevertheless.

DRAFT at Lumencraft Pub. Smells clean almost nothing, some matches. Medium young, half astringent, bready semi sweet low on hops soft bodied lager. Ok 6-4-6-4-14=3,3.

TAP at Chișinău Airport. Fresh young brewpub-style lager aroma and taste - sweetish bread, bit of fresh fruit (apples?). Not hoppy, but the young lively character and a bit of sharp-cheese-like phenolic spice work well. Nice slightly astringent abrasive mouthfeel. A bit of yeast. Pretty clean and well done fresh lager. 6-3-6-4-11=3,0
