[9/25/16] Bottle sample at Borefts After Festival 2016 in Rotterdam. Pinkish red. Nice apples aroma. Sweet and slightly tart flavor with apples and a bit of cherry. Very nice and refreshing.

Glass at BAF 2016. Clear pale golden with barely any head. Aroma of pear and woody notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation. [25-09-2016]

Sampled from tap from CiderCider at Kaapse BAF 2016. Clear pale pear juice with no head. Sweet and refreshing pear juice, pear skin, Festini perenijsjes. Medium sweet and very light bitter with some fruity tartness. Tap at the Borefts after party @ Kaapse... 2016. Poured a crystal clear light wihte wine colour. The aroma is big sweet fresh citrus. The flavour is big sweet with a super sweet roasty apple palate. Medium apple with apple carbonation. Way too sweet for me.

Tap at BAF from Cider Cider. Clear very pale yellow with very small white ring of bubbles. Lots of fresh pear, some tart peat juice, soft lemon, pear skins. Medium sweet and light sour and bitter. Under medium bodied with medium sweet feel and soft fizzy carbonation. Quite like this!

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Réserve Jean Loret Cidre Bouche Doux ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, apple pie, red apples, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, vanilla, apples, sweet apple, apple pie, medium dry, tart apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150829]

[9/27/15] Draught sample at Borefts After Festival 2015 in Rotterdam. Listed on the chalk board as "Dujardin Brut de Bretagne", but I believe that was a mistake, as Dujardin is located in Normandie and not Bretagne. Clear golden. Aroma of apples, funk, sulphur, citrus, oak. Dry flavor, bitterish, with apples, a bit of funk, oak.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ BAF 2015. Deep golden, some brief bubbles. Nose is funk, rustic mixed with sweet sugar apple & candy. Taste is sweet candy, white sugar, light rustic, apple, light metallic note, faintly rustic. A bit dull but not bad.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a small short lived off white head. Aroma of red apple, ripe apples and light wood. Flavour is over moderate sweet. Really dry in the finish.
