Appearance: Clear deep gold with a small head of medium retention. Aroma: Overripe red apples, soaked apples, vinous notes, distant funk. Taste: Rather dry, intense red apples with skin. Vinous notes, some funk. Pretty tart in the ending. Low to light sourness. Mouth feel: medium minus bodym average to lively carbonation. Summary: Good.

Laut Etikett 2,5 % Alk. Sektflasche mit Naturkorken verschlossen. Schön golden im Glas mit leichter Trübung. Voller fruchtiger Apfelsaftgeschmack. Leichte Sektnote. Recht süß. Der Alkohol fällt kaum auf (wie auch bei nur 2,5 %). Im Nachgeschmack findet sich ein Anklang von Gerbsäure - allerdings sehr, sehr mild. Wirklich recht schmackhaft. Mit 5 Euro für 0,75-Liter der teuerste Cidre den es in meinem lokalen Supermarkt gibt.

Veel oud eiken. Droge, lichtzoete appelsap, met redelijk wat doordringende fruitzuren. Roestig, houterig, scherp tanninewater, met hinten van noten, schors en schimmel. Lekker hoor.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of pears, red apples, grass and spices. Fruity taste with pears, red apples, orange, spices and a fresh acidity coming through in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Clean and fresh pear falvours with a mild acidity. The low alcohol level makes it very refreshing an highly drinkable. Very nice.

Ans had een restje bewaard voor me. Koolzuur is een beetje weg, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Smaakt lekker naar zoete appels, vrij licht. Kostte geen drol. Nice!
