Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet dry apples, sugar, fruits and has a nice sweet finish.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste are sweet, apple and (Dutch) "appelmoes". Apple-lemonade. Easy drinkable, could very well be quite nice on a hot summer night.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Kaapse Brouwers 1st Anniversary Beer Festival”. Made from red apples with 1 % of cherries & raspberry juice added for colour replicate the colour of red apple juice that is lost during fermentation. Looks a touch watery, light reddish hue indeed. Nose is sweet apple, sugar, apple juice & light cherry. Taste is sweet, apple juice & sugar with light sweet cherry, faint candy,…. Lightly sparkling. Very simple & sweet but very refreshing and fun. A simple treat.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Kaapse Brouwers 1st Anniversary Beer Festival”. Pale golden, visibly sparkling. Nose is sugary, pear, fizzy, light sugar, faint rustic,… Taste is lightly dry, fruity, lightly sweet pear, lots of pear flesh, faint candy, very light rustic,… Dry & residual sugar body. Very solid, rather lovely drink.

Cider is golden in the glass, slightly sour-apple aroma. The cider starts very sweet and highly carbonated. More sweet than tart. The mainpart is very easy to drink, slightly sourish-tart, not too sweet. The aftertaste is apply-fruity, slightly tart. Medium long.

75cl. Cider starts quite cider-typical tart, not too sweet. But thereafter it gets flat - no real body, It ends a bit like watered. Nice carbonation but no real body. The aftertaste is quite short, cider typical tart but too watery. --> cheap cider with no real body. --> 7/12/6/7
