Look: cloudy orangeish amber with a large white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: grains, light caramel malt, spicy and somewhat fruity (lemon) hop. Taste: light to medium sweet, medium bitter. Crackers, bread, light caramel, noble hop. Lingering bitter ending. Palate: medium minus body, medium carbonation. Overall: not a Märzen in its traditional meaning. Just a very good and flavourful lager.
