Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, grayish golden with a white head. Very intense, perfumy mango aroma - pure fruit? Light body, dry and tart with some slight, late bitterness. The same defect as in so many other sour beers: an edge of baking yeast and almonds, subtle though. 240220

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark orangey brown with a huge and frothy off-white head. Some roast and licorice in the nose. Medium body, again roast and licorice, but.....most prominent is a distinct, lactic tartness. Sorry guys, this has gone sour on you - clearly infected. 210220

(Thanks, Jim! Ozzy70) Bottle. A- Coffee grounds, roasty, earthy, mild vanilla, shortbread. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Coffee, nutella, earthy, cream, savory, sweet, cigarette ash. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Nice. Wish I would've cooled it a bit more and allowed it to warm from there. Almost a Ferrar Roche like taste. A little earthy and vegetal at points almost tasting slightly astringent but it worked alright and hits the tiramisu flavors.
