Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, orangey pink with a solid white head leaving neat laces. Clearly lactic aroma with a berry note. Light body - especially considering the ABV - very dry fruitiness with an almost astringent edge. Some baking yeast accents as often when lactic Sours aren't made well. It smells nice, but otherwise I find absolutely no joy in drinking this. Sorry. 290520

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lively, white head. Odd aroma, a bit like apple juice. Medium body, dry and chalky, pineapple notes and then a small, light sweetness. Some slight bitterness at the end. Carbonation is a bit fizzy. It's kinda odd, but I can't say I don't like it. Quite okay. 290520
