(can) Clear straw / pale golden with quite decent white head. Nice aroma of lemon with hint of grassy hops. Light body, fizzy carbonation - more the palate of of a fizzy soft drink than a beer, but in its own way quite pleasant and refreshing. The taste gives me problems reviewing. Its quite nice, but is it a beer? The dominant flavour is lemons, although this is not sweet lemonade. The taste is sort of shandy, but it isn’t sweet or watered down like shandy. The lemon is sour and in a nice way and cleverly makes up for all the shortcomings of the underlying beer. The taste is pleasant, tartly citrus with some nice but subtle balancing malty sweetness. No discernible bitterness. Overall this is a difficult beer to review because its a pleasant drink, but perhaps pushing the boundaries of beer. Then again fruit beers include such greats as frambozen. I think though that this is a a tart lemonade with beery maltiness, and despite its drinkability, I wonder whether it is really a beer. Nevertheless, I have rated it on the hedonic scale and enjoyed it.

(can) Clear golden with decent, but very short-lived, white head. Subtle pleasant aroma, slightly fruity with vague hint of grassy hops. Light body, although less so than most mainstream Korean beers, with moderate carbonation, but not actually very pleasant. The first tastes are quite promising with clear presence of malt with some balancing fruitiness. However the finish is not so pleasant and lingers a long time masking the original pleasant tastes. Those harsh finish flavours are a combination of alcohol and a metallic bitterness, with some peppery spice. Overall it’s a mixed bag. on the positive side it is different, is not bland and has character, on the negative side that character is rather coarse and artificial.

(can) Clear pale gold with decent white head. Reasonable aroma with grassy hops. Light body, well carbonated. The taste really lets it down though: it is thin and rather sour although has some pleasant, but very subtle, hop notes. Overall, if desperate, it is drinkable.

0.355l can. Yeah, this one pours a crystal clear dark golden body with a medium sized but qui.. DAMMIT! My pot just boiled over! OK, yeah, a quickly fading in to completely nothing white head. The aroma has tones of something fruity, sweet grains, cactus and a little hint of alcohol. All in all really subtle. It tastes like a juiced up lager. Mild pale-malty flavors with a near watery texture. It has a average carbonation level and that's pretty much it. Boring? Well it's a Korean Malt Liquor so I'm really not in a position to say that's it boring, but flavor vise it's quite dull an un-exciting indeed. 27.04.2012

0.33l clear bottle. This has to be good.. It pours a crystal clear golden body with a quickly fading fizzing little white lager head. It smells quite bready and sweet with a tone of dusty potatoes and perhaps a little metallic hint as well. It has a lively carbonation level and a really thin and watery texture in the mouth - almost like having a cup of water. In taste, I get that well famous bready-sawdusty thing often found in this kind of brews. It's just so totally not worth finishing this bottle. 28.04.2012

0.355l can. After spending a few months in my fridge, I guess it's time to try this one. It pours a clear golden body with a small and heavy lacing white head. It smells kinda lemon-ish and mildly sweet with not much more going on to be completely honest. Well, actually the smell reminds me more of lime zest than lemon. It's really thin and watery in the texture and it has a average carbonation level. I was expecting some sweet totally artificial junk, but in the flavors it's actually not that bad - considering it's a low alco fruit beer from Korea. Light sour and kinda chalky, but absolutely drinkable. Ends with more of that lime-zest and it's leaving my mouth medium dry. 28.04.2012

Lemony malt, cane sugar aroma. Clear yellow, thick head. Lemon flavor with very light malt undertones. Very weak and unbeery. A touch more flavorful than seltzer.
