Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, unfiltered with lots of particles floating around. The head is frothy, lightly-creamy, white coloured, long lasting and lots of sticky lacing. Getting some nice fresh berry aromas at first, with the citrus zest coming out eventually. The flavours are mostly citrusy with a touch of peach lingering from the Galaxy. Wet mouthfeel with some building dryness. A nice hazy IPA with a little more dryness than juiciness, with 3 good hops.

500ml (thx, Marc-Olivier L.!) @ 🏡 Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: very nice rustic notes, some botanicals and barrel. Taste: along the same lines, crispy. Overall: very nice one.

Slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and leaving foamy-soapy lacing. Light lime aromas with ginger notes, straw malt and cereal hints. The taste shows a spiciness, like ginger again and the lime being very faint. Some decent citrus zest finish, drying things. A nice blonde ale, but weird I get more ginger than lime, even though ginger is not in the ingredients. Refreshing nonetheless.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Cloudy salmon pinkish orange with super quickly dissipating white head. Vinous and funky, hint of wood, very nice.

500ml (thx, Marc-Olivier L.!) @ Ryan's after kids' time. Appearance: hazy pinky copper with a weak white head. Aroma: very nice funk with fruitiness and barrel character. Taste: along the same lines, bubbly, lots of grapes, barrel, rustic notes, and funk. Overall: very good! I am surprised by how much of the nice and complex funk this beer has. Probably haven't tried anything other than lambics with such a nice funk, and even those are not always coming with such a good funk in general.

Slightly hazed, with bigger bubble carbonation, golden colour, a frothy warm off-white head, good retention and some tiny spots of lacing. Malty aromas with apple notes, blended cane sugar and warming alcohol that comes out eventually. The mouthfeel is quite thin for the style, as in not syrupy at all and a clean finish. Not much taste really. Nothing offensive either, just mild maltiness, light bitterness and hoppiness. Just an easy-drinking, milder Tripel.

Lightly hazed, bright, light golden-yellow with a fizzy white cap, and not much stay, nor lace. Apple vinegar nose with sourness, Brett funkiness and woodiness. The taste shows the funk, sour notes, apples and big yeast-tartiness left on the tongue. A nice hybrid of apple cider and Brett beer.

Can: Poured a clear brown color bitter with a medium size off-white head with light retention and minimal retention. Aroma of dry caramel malt notes with some light grainy cereal. Taste is mostly dominated by light dry caramel malt notes with light dry hoppy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK bitter but nothing to write home about.
