A golden bitter with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy British hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. Can.

Fairly clean amber colour with golden highlights. The head is frothy, warm-light beige with good retention and full foamy lacing. Big, darker cereal grains in the nose with a touch of caramel malts, some spiciness and hints of hops. The mouthfeel is medium with enough dryness in end. Flavours of cereal malts with a touch of caramel and herbal notes. A nice crisp, drying, cereal grain Oktoberfest with a caramel malt base.

Olfactif fruité et épicé relevant des notes de banane et d'orange, enrobés d'un alcool doux. Liquide doré, bien limpide avec une mousse crémeuse qui tient assez bien. En bouche, la banane est bien en vedette et s'accompagne de notes poivrées, de sucre candi et d'un léger fruité d'orange. La corpulence est moyenne et, encore une fois, la carbonatation est en deçà des standards Belges; ce qui est caractéristique de la plupart des Tripels Nord-Américaines. Quand même agréable à boire. Taste is juicy, citrusy fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy, sweet-ish, wheaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, notes of lemon juice, lemongrass, mild hop bitterness. Minimally oily, watery texture, dry and minimally crumbly palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Very citrusy, very refreshing - good!
