Deep golden colour with a bunch of flakes floating around, looking like a glass snow globe. The head is light beige, frothy, becoming creamy with good retention and leaving creamy-foam lacing. Big West Coast style IPA nose with grassiness, caramel malt base, decent cereal grains and a touch of honey. Flavours of pine, grassy hops and mild caramel. The mouthfeel is slick, a little oily and some decent building dryness mildly shows up. Hints of citrus do show up with a tad cane sugar. A nicely drinkable Double IPA that has a little more West Coast style, and not overly dry.

Very slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a white head that stays quite long for the style, and nice lacing is left on the glass and brew. Straw malt base with a very fresh, herbal and mostly citrusy hop. The taste shows the citrus again, with a nice blend of juices and zest. Quite a nice, refreshing, citrusy milder ale, but not what I know of Bitter. Almost more like a nice NEPA than a Bitter - which I prefer anyways.

Hazy, golden-amber colour with a white cap, good stay and lacing. Orange juice aromas with some tropical fruits hints. The mouthfeel is juicy, wet but gets to a nice drying feel in the finish. Some fresh orange juice flavours with a touch of mango. Herbs linger. A nice, refreshing juicy Cryo IPA that offers citrus and tropical fruits.

Lightly hazy, golden-orange colour with a big frothy, warm-white head, good retention and creamy-foamy lacing. Herbal-grassy aromas on the West Coast style side, with a caramel malt base and hints of citrus. In the taste, seems like the East Coast style comes over top with the citrus zest, some of its juices and just a tad grassiness in the finish. Soft mouthfeel with a drying end, but all quite refreshing. A tad tart left on the tongue. A nice Double IPA that blends both coast styles very well and goes down nicely.

500ml (thx, Marc-Olivier L.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice rustic notes, grapes, oak. Taste: taste is less prominent, everything is muted, some weird tartness, some lacto here. Overall: ok, I wish it would be on par with others.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Hazy blonde gold with quickly dissipating white head. Chardonnay and seyval vinous notes, a bit of tart funk, doesn't come together nearly as nicely as the Marc de Marquette et Frontenac Saison Macérée. Okay.

500ml (thx, Marc-Olivier L.!) @ Ryan's after kids' time and crazy busy 6 am to 10 pm work day. Appearance: cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and rustic notes. Taste: along the same lines, less intense than aroma, though. A bit of lacto. Overall: pleasant enough.
