YG 181123. Red golden color with some pinkish bubbles. Aroma is apples, red berries, grass, alcohol. Flavor is dry, apples, red berries, grapes, alcohol, herbs, raspberries. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A pinkish golden colored cider, sparkling and clear, with some short lived bubbles. The aroma has a touch of red berries, but it's mostly fresh apple juice. Some grass, orchard and alcohol, with a herbal, foresty touch. It's medium bodied, dry and softly carbonated, faintly acidic. The flavor is more pronounced on the raspberry side, still it's a bit more generic red berries than raspberry. Apple juice and some herbal, foresty hints. Medium length finish with little berryness going on. Nice indeed. 231118

Flat, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, ripe apples, hay, flowers, apple cores, oak, sorrel, leafs, apple cores, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, flowers, hay, apple peel, oak, yellow apples, dried apples, citrus, vanilla. Slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

750 ml corked & caged dark green bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9%. Supposed to be a still cider, but there is a slight initial carbonation. Golden colour. Aroma of apples and sulphites, a hint of oak. Pleasant and medium concentrated flavour of dessert apples.

Bottle, 75cl corked, 2021 vintage at 9% ABV. A clear one, golden in color, with no carbonation or head. Concentrated apple aroma leaving little room for anything else. Apple pie, some apple cores and apple pie, and a faint grassy hint. Almost caramel-ish. Some alcohol. It's full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, very lightly carbonated, with quite a lot of acidity to compete with the sweetness. Intense apple flavor, fresh apple, apple juice, apple jam, apple cores and some peel, with a faint spiced, woody hint, grass and a wee hint of alcohol. Lasting finish. A delicious one indeed. Perhaps sort of one dimensional, meaning it's not much besides apple, but it's sure a nice one, borderline ice cider. 230111

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish concentrated fruity, apple cores, hay, apple peel, flowers, sour apples, alcohol, citrus, sorrel, grapes. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish concentrated fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.
