750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2023, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.8%. Shared with my son. Rosé colour, pours moderately sparkling. Aroma of raspberries, apples in the background. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, the raspberries dominate.

7-4-7-4-14 Bottle, #2022-22. Pours clear yellow, with a tiny, short lived head. Aroma is musty apples, floral honey and cellary yeast. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of apples, hay and floral honey.

Bottle, 75cl corked. 2022 vintage. A clear one, straw to pale golden in color, with some bubbles. Apple dominated aroma with some bark, apple cores and hints of grass. Some alcohol. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, with a very light carbonation. Not too much acidity, nor sweetness. Sweet apple flavor with some hay, grass, apple cores and some alcohol. A bit too gentle I think, and lacking complexity. Medijm length apple driven flavor. Sure not a bad one. 240303

0,75 flaske (9%), delt med Einar&co på julaften: klar gylden med kort skum. Dyp og intens aroma og smak og tilsvarende laang ettersmak. Nydelig følge til pinnekjøttet. Epler, citrus og karamell sa Vemund (8 år), og jeg er helt enig.

YG 181123. Red golden color with some pinkish bubbles. Aroma is apples, red berries, grass, alcohol. Flavor is dry, apples, red berries, grapes, alcohol, herbs, raspberries. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A pinkish golden colored cider, sparkling and clear, with some short lived bubbles. The aroma has a touch of red berries, but it's mostly fresh apple juice. Some grass, orchard and alcohol, with a herbal, foresty touch. It's medium bodied, dry and softly carbonated, faintly acidic. The flavor is more pronounced on the raspberry side, still it's a bit more generic red berries than raspberry. Apple juice and some herbal, foresty hints. Medium length finish with little berryness going on. Nice indeed. 231118

750 ml corked & caged dark green bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9%. Supposed to be a still cider, but there is a slight initial carbonation. Golden colour. Aroma of apples and sulphites, a hint of oak. Pleasant and medium concentrated flavour of dessert apples.
