YG 110123. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apples, mature apple. Flavor is apples, mature apples, caramel, alcohol, grass. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked, 2021 vintage at 9% ABV. A clear one, golden in color, with no carbonation or head. Concentrated apple aroma leaving little room for anything else. Apple pie, some apple cores and apple pie, and a faint grassy hint. Almost caramel-ish. Some alcohol. It's full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, very lightly carbonated, with quite a lot of acidity to compete with the sweetness. Intense apple flavor, fresh apple, apple juice, apple jam, apple cores and some peel, with a faint spiced, woody hint, grass and a wee hint of alcohol. Lasting finish. A delicious one indeed. Perhaps sort of one dimensional, meaning it's not much besides apple, but it's sure a nice one, borderline ice cider. 230111

75cl bottle from OSL. Pours pale straw coloured without much head. Clean, dry apple flavour with hints of yeast. Flavourful and tasty.

Flat, clear golden color. Aroma is fresh concentrated fruity, apple cores, pear, dried apricot, dried peach, apple cores, fruit stones, flowers, hay, grass, alcohol, apple peel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish concentrated fruity, apple cores, hay, apple peel, flowers, sour apples, alcohol, citrus, sorrel, grapes. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish concentrated fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.

Pour from 375ml bottle at Assessing Cider Course, courtesy of Kasper. Orangey gold colour, afew small bubbles on top and aroma of apple pie, concentrated apple. Taste is sweet, tangy, concentrated apple, caramel, apple pie, tannins, acidic. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, drying acidic & tannic finish. Nicely sippable.

375 ml slim bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 10%. Clear deep golden to orange colour, no carbonation. Intense and lovely aroma of ripe dessert apples and concentrated apple juice. Even more intense and sweet flavour - again obvious notes of ripe dessert apples and concentrated apple juice, but also with qualities that can compete with the finest dessert wines like Sauternes or Tokajer.
