No head, straw colored. Aroma is mild fruity, fresh apple juice, grass, apple skin, hay, hints of sorrel. Taste is slightly fresh and dry fruity, fresh apple juice, hay, apple skin, yeast, grass, apple stones, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.
