YG. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma and flavor is apple, alcohol, cognac, whiskey.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Just a little touch of oak and booze in this one, mostly ripe apple. Some tannins, hints of orchard and apple storage cellar. Quite nice this one, but I'm not convinced. 747413 251221

Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of raspberries,

Nice tangy, slightly berry cider. Still dominant apple, but a little raspberry-like tartness. Dry tannic finish

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light orangy color. Aroma is fresh fruity, apple peel, dusty raspberry wine, grass, unripe apples, minerals, alcohol, flowers, raspberry winegum. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, unripe apples, dusty raspberry wine, grass, alcohol, hay, leafs, apple cores, paper, minerals, berry skin, hints of raspberry winegum. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

0,75 flaske fra taxfree Sola, delt med Kitty, Anne-Lise og Wild Bill: klar rosa med kort bruseskum. Delikat aroma og smak med epler og dominante bringebær. En lekker aperitiff, glassene ble fort tomme og alle smilte fornøyd.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2023, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.8%. Shared with my son. Rosé colour, pours moderately sparkling. Aroma of raspberries, apples in the background. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, the raspberries dominate.

7-4-7-4-14 Bottle, #2022-22. Pours clear yellow, with a tiny, short lived head. Aroma is musty apples, floral honey and cellary yeast. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of apples, hay and floral honey.

Yg 030324. Straw color with some bubbles. Aroma is apple, grass, alcohol, applecore, hay. Flavor is apples, grass, alcohol, hay, apple, core. Nice cider.
