Bottle from Best of Beers, Aalborg. Unclear golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is funky with wood, citric fruit and lemon. Flavor is both sweet and acidic, with some pale malt, saison yeast, wood, citric fruit, lemon peel, grapes and brett. The white vine touch appears in the aftertaste so this feels a lot like a wooden, funky sasion blended with white wine – nice. Fine balanced flavors, body and nice long lasting aftertaste.

very nice citrussy hoppy herbal aroma initially, but then a little bit of this gunpowder/licorice/sawdust aroma i sometimes find in hazy ipa's. disregarding that off note, it's a pretty nice refreshing aroma.
Flavor is grapefruity, malty, licking-skin-of-peaches kind of dusty flavor. quite bitter in a way, quite a bit of grapefruit, combined with the dusty flavor, reminds me of grapefruit with powdered sugar. end is not especially bitter, but the entire beer experience is quite grapefruity.
More oak and chicory upfront than I remember from other years but still plenty of coconut on the mid and finish, barrels in your face and all over the flavor.

750ml corked and caged. Slightly hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Nice lemon, and tropical fruit. Slightly spicy, nice cereals, and slight funkiness. MOuth feel is very lively, lots of effervescence. Finish is low to medium bitter, bright, and clean mouth feel. Slightly dry finish, more citrus, stone fruit, with dried hay, and grassy notes.

750ml bottle. Hazy yellow pour, with a huge white head. Subtle funk, some nice earthy barrel, with alot of citrus fruit, citrus zest and some peppery/herbal notes. Great carb, effervescent mouth feel. Great grapefruit pithy bitterness, some tropical fruit and slight tarty funk in the end with some woody barrel. Complex, refreshing, extremely drinkable. Wicked hot patio beer.

Cloudy, briht yellow pour, with an ample frothy white head. Thick aroma of citrus fruit, sharp spices, and some herbs. Mainly corriander, even some zesty like citrus i could qualify as a celantro aroma. The tartness seems to be missing from the aroma but it comes through in the middle and finish beautifully. Also some pepper mingles in the minish with a medium to high bitterness. Super refreshing, drinks dangerously well for 7%. great stuff!

Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, tangerine. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with flavors of citrus and a hint of coconut.
