Panda from Colin. Kiitos. Opaque cola brown. No head. Aroma is rich and boozy with a sweet edge. Flavourwise it's got molasses and caramel with a bitter boozy edge that gradually grows in intensity . Bitter sweet, man. Thick. Oily and sticky. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Yerp. Yes, yerp.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma is wonderfully pungent, with intense tart blueberries, wild yeast, some tannins, and a touch of oak. Flavour is dry and fruity, with lots of tannic, dry blueberries, gentle wild yeast expression—, and oak, all in wonderful cohesion. Very dry, tannic; wonderfully intense expression of the blueberries. Excellent.

Deep purple colour. Big blueberry aroma, that's nice and bright. On the palate, tart, a bit of a woody accent. And more of that big, rich blueberry character. Excellent. That's an absolutely fantastic blueberry character.

375mL bottle. Pours a deep murky mahagony with a small white-pink head. Loads of blueberries, musty barrels, and rustic yeast on the nose. Flavour has a rustic yeast character, tart, musty blueberries, dry tannic oak. Loads of berry character, tempered well by the barrels. Fantastic.
