Can: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of dry hoppy floral undertones with light citrusy notes. Taste is a mix of dry floral hoppy undertones with some citrusy notes and very little residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Enjoyable but dryer then expected with the expected tropical fruit notes not coming out as much as intended.

Canette de 355 ml. Un café fort et bien rôti s'accapare du premier nez. Du fudge et du chocolat viennent ensuite prendre la relève. Un peu de cendre et de tabac complètent cet olfactif à la force plutôt réservée. Une petite mousse rocailleuse et effervescente recouvre un liquide noir et opaque. L'entrée de bouche se veut crémeuse et caramélisée, avec des notes de chocolat de fudge et en finale, un fort café à l'amertume bien établie. Une stout bien ronde et veloutée qui ravira les bibites à sucre.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a brown foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with light floral coffee notes with light residuals sugar notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of floral coffee notes with some roasted malt and light black chocolate with some lactose notes rounding off flavours. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed with good drinkability.

Can: Poured a cloudy reddish color ale with a small light foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of tart cranberry notes with light acidic notes is refreshing. Taste is a mix of tart cranberry notes with some light acidic notes and no residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very refreshing mix with the right amount of cranberry.

Vox Populi Cranberry Brunch Berliner Weisse 3% 3 IBUs A fruit punch looking pour with a fast dissipating pinkish head of foam. The aroma is tangy grapefruit and cranberry. The taste brings me back to drinking wine coolers in high school before I got into beer. The aftertaste leaves something to be desired.
