Himawari Microbrewery is the 1st and only microbrewery launched by it’s 5-star hotel in Cambodia. Made from the finest malt and hops, the beers crafted here are unique in flavour and of the highest quality. Paired with signature dishes from the Oyster Restaurant, the dining experience offers you and your family the best combination of food and beverage. Hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity hops, resinous hops and caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with little life. The aroma is malt, herbal, floral. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Served directly from the river!
