On tap at Churchkey. Pours black with a chocolate brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains and roasted malts with a good amount of coffee and a hint of hazelnut underlying. Flavor has chocolate and more hazelnut with roasted malts and dark grains supporting.

Draft pour at Dominion Wine and Beer. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a very wispy head. This looked thick. Aroma was big roasted malts, straight up maple syrup. Flavor was like a bottle of bourbon maple syrup I purchased for pancakes. This really reminded me of it. Alcohol is masked, but it's certainly there.

can from kihoskh Pours very black with a smooth brown head. aroma is tons of chocolate, some vanilla, some coffee, some coconut, aroma is like a good chocolate cake with coconut frosting on top. one of the most chocolate aroma beers i've tasted. flavor is chocolate, vanilla, faint peppery bite, a lot of chocolate frosting, i think i can vaguely taste the marshmallows too, syrup, Way overboard liquid candy and cake, pastry stout taken to its extreme.

Can, 8.3%. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, spicy, stone fruit and orange. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, medium sweet, orange, stone fruit, spicy and a little bitter.

Draft. A- Coffee, vanilla, marshmallow, cinnamon. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Coffee, marshmallow, cinnamon, slightly boozy, complex. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Really tasty stout. Not too cloying but full of flavor. Sort of like a mexican chocolate stout. Really nice.
