330ml bottle @ Het Ovenhuis, Watou sat outside in the fading September sun. Pours misty yellow, large white head. Aroma bears some spicy cloves, Belgian blonde yeast. Taste is smooth, with a bright spicy blonde character, some sweet floral hints, creamy yeast... fairly high carbonation but fits with the style. Enjoyable strong blonde.

Donkerbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter en licht zuur met iets van stroop, ietwat hout, calvados en bessen.

Bottle shared in the train with kerrrrrmis as road soda, who actually knows how much 15.000 is? Almost clear pale straw with white head. Cloves, light spicy yeast, sweet malts, alcohol, pils malts, light herbs, grassy. Yeasty sweet alcoholic Belgian strong beer. Might be that it’s not cold or maybe it’s just too alcoholic and boring. Damn I sneezed ten times! Over medium sweet with alcoholic bitterness. Not bad but, you know, why?

Bottle at Casa Verdi, Kortrijk, West Flanders, Belgium Friday 27th April 2018 Pours hazy lemony/light gold with a white head. The lemony comparison comes through in the mouth, however as Loz mentions this is banana on the nose. Soft in the mouth, ok so it's not without its faults, it's a little sweet, a bit predictable but it's a good beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Thanks to tderoeck for sharing! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. Dark brown, big tanned head, red hue. Nose is metallic weird thin acidic chocolate, spoiled fruit, thin wine. Taste is strange spoiled rotting berries with messy chocolate, heavy iron, thin spoiled wine, oak,… Thin wine, spoiled body,… Hopped for more honestly, not that exciting & quite messy.

Clear purple brown beer, big solid creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: spicy, caramel, crème brûlée, dried fruit, bit acidic, vinegar touch. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity start, soft acidity, some tannins, bitter, bit vinous, red wine and red wine vinegar. Aftertaste: some caramel, spicy, ginger bread, some tannins, vinegar touch, metallic as well.

33cl bottle from De Bierboom, Brugge: BB 9th Aug 2018. Poured into a Chimay badged chalice at home on 20th Aug 2017. Lovely dark mahogany body, smooth beige crown on top, which sadly became a wisp and collar very quickly. Dandelion and Burdock like in both the nose and taste. Spicy and semi-sweet in nature, definite ringer for that old English pop of D & B with an alcoholic kick.

Bottle from the dregs run. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and faint banana yeast esters. Taste quite sweet, more lemon and faint banana. Light sweet lemon finish.
