Small white head with lace over clear golden beer with light "Grünstich". Dry noble hops, bit of whitebread, green leaves. Sweet flavour - surprising - but also aromatic-fruity flavours. Fruitsugars, but not Traubenzucker, bit citric. Quite slick, medium bodied and medium carbonation. Too sweet for a tripel, too sweet for a Bohemian pilsener - but it is a pleasing beer in its own right.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ ZBF 2013. Paler golden with a creamy white head. Light fruity nose with some spices, grains, white sugar & sweet BE yeast,… Taste is sweetish, light fruits & white berries, spices, very bitter floral, citrus peel, light grass, BE hoppy,… Lightly creamy. Not too shabby.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear, brown beer topped by a cute, light tan head of moderate size. The aroma is sweet and roasted, with prunes and some herbal hops. Sweet, roasted flavor with dried fruits and a nice bitterness. Some notes of sourness in the far back. Full body, nice carbonation level. Roasted finish. Overall, a quite pleasant one, although a tad unusual. 130215
