Almost no head but greyish-ochre rim; foxy brown-amber beer. Almonds, marzipan, sweet toasted malts, Belgian buns. Almonds, amandine, rosewater²; bit of parsley retronasal. Medium bodied, quite slick to even sticky. Again too sweet, certainly for a not overly strong Bock. If Bird had the same inspiration for the recipes as for their fantastic names, this brewery would shine above all. But alas... 5/4/6/3/12

Head gone in seconds, orange-copperish, clear beer. Caramel, almonds, frangipane. Smelling pretty sweet. Bitterish, almonds, frangipane, marzipan. Getting sweeter in time, but mainly a watery finish and empty MF. Low carbonation. Poor, uninspired brew. 5/4/3/10

Small, light yellowish head, irregular, over hazy yellow beer. Bit spicy, very demure nose. Wheat and grains, wet hazy, bit oxydized. Very restrained sweetness, but not much instead, even no wheat acidity. Quite spritzy feel, bit wheatslickness, not a lean texture but light body. Ho-hum. 5/4/6/3/11

330ml bottle, from trade with MagnetMonster. Pours dark, hazy brown, medium tan head. Aroma bears milk chocolate notes. Taste has a relatively sweet milk chocolate Nesquik character with a grainy malt presence and soft nutty bitterness. Nice.
