Heavy clouded light blonde with sheet of white head. Yeasty nose, a little straw, a little... pepper. Decently flavourful, peppery, some esters, a little banana strongly over a dry hay malt. Quite nice. Bought at Paquebot - Mount Royal coffee shop in Montreal.

A deep dark porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, chocolate malt with light vanilla and light grassy hops, pleasant. In mouth, chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light coffee, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with with a banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden weisse with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light mango, light passion fruit, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with passion fruit in front, light acidity, apricot, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is huge, frothy, somewhat creamy, bubbly, war off-white, very long lasting and leaving full dirty lacing. Grassy hop nose with a citrus touch. Hints of pineapple adding some fruitiness, also felt in the taste. Fairly bitter, but yet juicy enough for a West Coast IPA. Good dryness in the finish. Grassy, herbal and a little medicinal notes linger.
