Bouteille 500ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka foncée laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de malt torréfié, café, cacao, fruité. Goût de chocolat noir, café, malt torréfié, poudreux. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A hazed dark golden ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light candy sugar, coriander, curacao, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Terrasse Festibière Zibi.

A red copper barleywine with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light vinous notes, treacle, light butterscotch, resinous and piney hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light treacle, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at L'autre oeil.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, pink grapefruit, light mineral notes , nice and smooth. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2019.
