16oz @ Ryan's shared with Farees. Appearance: hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: funky and rustic, tart. Taste: along the same lines, quite funky, moderately acidic quite bubbly. Overall: very nice.

16oz @ Ryan's shared with Farees. Appearance: a bit hazy dark rose with a white head. Aroma: rustic notes, berries, a bit sweet. Taste: along the same lines, quite woody and tannic. Overall: ok, good for the table beer.

Small white head over hazy yellow beer. Dusty clothes, floormop Bretts & lactobacillus. Wild flowers, sweet woodruff. More of the same, but with addition of a certain fruity sweetness, which helps the balance noe end. Rhubarb is almost absent until appearing retronasal, especially in the aftertaste. Yet, is is almost missing the typical rhubarb acidity. Light, acidthinning and light -burn. Mild carbonation. Another very good sour from Robin. Txs to Sylvain D. for bringing!

Small white head leaving shards of lace over hazy lemonjuice-coloured beer. Brettanomyces floormop variety a mile out, old cloth, lemonpeel, mould, lemonpepper, lemonbalm. Bretts, lactobacillus, lemonpeel, lemonbalm and lemonconcentrate. The honey seems totally fermented. Refreshing, light to medium bodied, but quite slick - the oats? Quite remarkable - even if it seems to search balance. Txs to Sylvain for bringing!

Can: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some rhubarb notes. Taste is also a mix of rhubarb and light tart notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Well made light sour with some rhubarb notes.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light acidity, light mineral notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, light cereals, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice.
